To make the most of our time together, you’ll complete a short pre-session questionnaire (approx. 20–30 minutes) so I can get to know your story, your current relationship landscape, and the patterns you’re ready to shift. Don’t worry—it’s designed to be gentle, not overwhelming.

I’ll also need your birth details (date, time, and place) so I can prepare your personalized astrology chart. This helps us uncover your unique relationship blueprint and understand how your emotional wiring impacts love and trust.

That’s it—no mood boards or logins needed. Just you, your story, and a willingness to be real.

We’ll begin with a 90-minute deep-dive session where we explore your relationship history, emotional patterns, and the beliefs that may be running the show beneath the surface. This is also when we’ll review your astrology chart together, giving us powerful insight into your unique emotional wiring and relational needs.

This conversation lays the foundation for our intensive work—it’s where we connect the dots between your past experiences and the shifts you’re ready to make.

As a Certified Core Belief Engineering Practitioner and Relationship Astrology Coach, I’ve spent over 20 years working 1:1 in the mindset trenches with hundreds of clients—helping them reprogram limiting beliefs and finally feel free in love.

Will one 'belief surgery' session really be enough?
That’s a fair question—and one I hear often. No, this isn’t a magic wand. But the work we do in a Transformational Alignment session goes deep quickly, because I use a powerful method called Core Belief Engineering (CBE). It’s not just talk therapy—it works at both a conscious and the subconscious level, where lasting change really happens.

Most women who come to me are surprised by how much shifts in just one session. They feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves. That said, if you’ve been carrying something for a long time or you’re navigating a big pattern, you might benefit from a longer container. In that case, I’d recommend my 12-week program, Aligned for Love Mastery.

But if you’re ready, open, and willing to go there—even one session can change how you move through relationships and show up for yourself.
What if I need to reschedule?
ife happens—I get it. If something comes up, you’re welcome to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. I’m flexible and want you to feel calm and grounded coming into the session, not rushed or stressed. If there’s an emergency, just email me and we’ll sort it out together. I ask for communication and respect, and I’ll offer the same in return.

I've tried coaching/therapy before -how is this different?
That makes sense—many of my clients have done therapy or personal development before they come to me. What makes this work different is that we don’t stay at the surface. We go straight to the beliefs underneath the patterns you’re tired of repeating.

I have worked with women to shift core beliefs for over twenty two years and I am able to quickly and efficiently identify blocks that usually haven't been identified before. It's the keystone the holds the problem in place. I then use Core Belief Engineering (CBE), which works at both the conscious and the subconscious level to remove this block. That where lasting change actually happens. Instead of just talking about what’s not working, we gently shift it from the inside out. Most women tell me they’ve never experienced anything quite like it—and that it helped them understand themselves in a way nothing else has.
